We need your help. The Highway 63 Committee is completing a community health assessment to better understand the health needs of the community we serve. This data will go on to directly influence the decision-making and how we prioritize issues in the health departments. The survey should take about 8-10 minutes to complete. Any personal information you share will not be shared or connected with your response.
The Highway 63 Community Assessment Committee is a coalition of members from Adair, Schuyler, Macon and Randolph County Health Departments.
