Adair County Reported Flu Cases

The Adair County Health Department has been seeing an increase in reported cases of Influenza in Adair County.  The Health Department wants to take the opportunity to remind everyone to use necessary precautions to protect themselves and family members.  We encourage everyone to:

1. Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze
2. Wash your hands often and especially when coughing or sneezing
3. Wash with soap and warm water or clean with an alcohol-based hand cleaner
4. Stay home from work or school if you are sick

See your physician or health provider if symptoms become worse.
